What is it? TESTICULAR cancer is the most common cancer affecting men under 40. It affects more than 2,000 men every year in the UK and early detection and treatment can usually lead to a cure. To detect testicular cancer you need to know how to examine the scrotum for abnormalities. All young men should be become comfortable with this and it's even something you can ask your girlfriend to do for you!

Examination IT'S important to get used to your body and examine yourself regularly so you know what's normal for you. This way you'll spot if anything changes. Feeling the scrotum once a month should be enough.
