SEVERELY disabled teenager Deaglan Kelly has joined a legal battle against pharmaceutical giants, Aventis, over the effects of a drug he took as a toddler.

Deaglan, 17, was given the anti-epilepsy medication, Sabril, as a three year old but is now awaiting tests to discover whether the tablets damaged his sight.
