I MAKE no apologies for including the G-Wiz, Britain's cheapest green car, in these pages. Not only is it so cute you want to give it a saucer of milk at night, its battery power works out at less than 1p a mile, it has the lowest insurance group possible, is exempt from road tax and the London congestion charge, and can park free in parts of the capital.
