RANGERS'dismal performance in the Premier League last season, meansthere might actually be some value in having a wager on the two horse for the title. Despite the fact that Rangers have signed six players during the summer independent bookmaker Bill Robertsonstill doesn't fancy their chances much, making them 7-4 second favourites for the title.
