Summary
ALFA'S GTV replacement, the Brera, is meant to lock horns with Germany's best sports hatchbacks. Reasonably faithful to Giugiaro's Brera Concept of 2002, Alfa claim that the handsome three-door coupe will offer similar dynamic prowess, cabin ambience and quality to Germany's finest.
With prices kicking off at less than pounds 25,000, Alfa could well have a hit on their hands. Engines range from 2.2 and 3.2 V6 petrol units to a 2.4 200bhp diesel. There'll also be spaceframe construction, four-wheel drive, and six-speed manual or auto options. Springing will be via double wishbones with multi-link on the rear, plus a raft of electronic stability and braking aids.See the full content of this document
