RANGERS chairman David Murray has conceded that arch-rivals Celtic will regain the SPL title after he claimed that under-fire boss Paul le Guen must finish SECOND.

Murray knows the club can't afford to miss out on a Champions League cash injection for two years running and he has told the Frenchman that he won't settle for another third-place finish.
