SUPERMARKET carrier bags designed to last a lifetime fail to pull their weight, tests have found.
"Bags for life" from Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda were tested by consumer group Which? with a 33lbs (15kg) load - three bags of potatoes - and then with a 22lbs (10kg) load carried for four-and-a- half miles.See the full content of this document
