Summary
I THINK people are being too complacent in saying that an incident like the Virginia Tech massacre would never happen in this country when murders or serious injuries by knife or gun seem to be on the increase.
Unless the Government and police pay more attention and take more action in dealing with such horrendous matters instead of burying their heads in the sand we may well one day find ourselves becoming more and more like the US and face a crime situation as bad as theirs.See the full content of this document
