AT a time when public confidence is at such a low with the postal service, we are now told there will be a pounds 1 fine for every Christmas card sent with underpaid postage.
At 48p to send a large card first-class, the postage could work out more expensive than the card itself. I find the entire postal service a disgrace, what with late deliveries, unreliability and cuts to services.See the full content of this document
