Q I HAVE been given a ticket for parking on a grass verge in Liverpool when I went to a football match at Anfield. I have parked there for the last three years without any problems.
The ticket stated I was "driving elsewhere than on a road". There are no signs to prohibit parking anywhere and the grass verge is always used by dozens of cars. Also, the date on the ticket was 15/ 10/2008 - a date that has still to occur.See the full content of this document
