Q TODAY I was issued with my first parking fine. My Pay and Display was bought at 14:13 and the fine was written at 14:15 - basically, as I bought my ticket.

My ticket doesn't have an issue date written in - the warden left it blank. I've heard this renders the ticket invalid. - Helen McCusker, Hants
