Q I HAVE received a notice of intended prosecution after a camera caught me driving at 44mph in a 30mph zone. Unfortunately I forgot to return the form confirming that I was the driver and have now received two summonses - one for failing to return the notice, and the other for the original offence.
I intend to plead guilty on both counts. How many penalty points am I likely to receive? From what I have read I could receive up to six for each offence.See the full content of this document
