Q I RECENTLY appeared at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court, having been caught on camera doing 39mph in a 30mph limit.

I refused to give the name of the driver, claiming they had no right to force me to incriminate myself. I decided to plead my right to silence under the European Human Rights Act.
