Summary


WE have been been living in the dark ages for far too long. I'm strongly in favour of introducing product placement to British television. It is hugely overdue.

The value of the British television advertising market has fallen from pounds 3billion to pounds 2.5billion. And my prediction is that it could be worth pounds 100million a year to commercial TV. Essentially it will be like US TV shows such as American Idol, where you see the Coca-Cola glasses on the tables.
