AFRICAN rebels in Chad are learning IRISH in a bid to intercept our troops' radio communications.
The rebel fighters, who are originally from neighbouring Sudan, are believed to be learning Irish in the hope that they will be able to understand communications among the 387 Irish members of the peacekeeping force.See the full content of this document
