GARETH THOMAS made a triumphant return to Murrayfield as Crusaders ended Bradford Bulls' sixmatch unbeaten run with a 19-0 victory.

Thomas, who won a record 100 Welsh RU caps, is slowly proving the doubters wrong as his new club "nilled" opponents for the first time in their two-year Super League history. Thomas's 70-metre sprint set up the opening touchdown for two-try Michael Witt, with Jarrod Sammut capping an outstanding debut after arriving from Penrith Panthers with a solo try.
