WIGAN chairman Dave Whelan has branded the English FA as "useless" and says the game's ruling body is full of mediocre amateurs who know nothing about football.
Whelan is furious with Soho Square chiefs for presiding over the Wembley fiasco, the England World Cup shambles and the Sven Goran Eriksson farce.
