CLAIMS that an inquiry into the 1972 Bloody Sunday massacre in Derry will cause division have been attacked by a relative of the youngest victim.
The findings of the EUR229million 12-year-long Saville Inquiry into the killings are due to be published on Tuesday Jonathan Powell, one of the main backroom architects involved in the Good Friday Agreement that brought about the fresh inquiry, said: "Our experience of inquiries is that they tend not to settle disputes - be they in Northern Ireland or Iraq - just reopen the damn things."See the full content of this document
